This property has two stories, high ceilings, four extremely spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms allowing all guests to have a good time together and giving more than enough space for comfort and privacy. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

 

The main living room is very spacious, has double height with a view and access to the pool area, which is the ideal spot for cooling off, relaxing and sunbathing. The pool has two levels of depth and ladder access; The terrace is equipped with an additional living room, outdoor dining room and a Weber grill; a common area that without a doubt is very pleasant.

 

To rest or relax, the main room is on the upper floor equipped with a living room, full bathroom, closet and a terrace overlooking the pool; the adjoining room has a city view terrace, full bathroom, closet and its own dressing room.

 

On the ground floor, two additional bedrooms are located, each one with their own full bathroom, a small studio and independent access to the pool area.

 

Our kitchen has all the necessary utensils for food preparation; the dining room has capacity for up to 10 people with ample space and a buffet table.

 

The property has two covered parking spaces with electric gates, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
