"Amor by the sea" is a spacious and comfy 2,100 sq.ft. apartment w/panoramic views from every room & partial ocean view from the extensive private terrace. Cross-breezes, east/west views & sunrise/sunset in your choice of bedroom.Located 2 blocks away from Cozumel's waterfront and 6 min walk from downtown area passing by local restaurants and shops.Part of an elegant & quiet 12-unit residential community with a large pool, sundeck, BBQ area & an amazing ocean view from the 7th floor roof top.

“Amor by the Sea” is a two bedroom lovely condo fully equipped with modern appliances, colorful decoration and a Mexican touch in every room that can host up to 4 guests. For safety reasons we cannot accommodate kids under 10 years old.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a king size bamboo bed, full bathroom, walk in closet , safety deposit box, individually controlled a/c and a private terrace to enjoy an amazing ocean view.

The Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, closet, TV, private terrace overlooking the pool and outdoor furniture with a view to the east side and morning sunrises. An spacious full bathroom is right next to the room.

A third room is available for use as an office, and is furnished with a fold-out sofa, desk and Wi-Fi.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook with top of the line appliances as coffee maker, convection mini oven/toaster, blender, stove, full size oven and a sizable refrigerator. For your convenience at your arrival you will find fresh fruit, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Dining table to seat 6, living area with comfortable sofas and a 55” Smart TV with access to US live channels; Wi-Fi is available thru a QR code for the entire unit; private balcony with an outdoor dining set to watch, relax and enjoy the sunset.

The laundry room has a top of the line washer and a dryer that you can use free of charge during your stay; an iron and ironing board are also available.

You also have access to a private and secured garage with more than enough space for one car or scooters or bikes, located very close to the main elevator that takes you to the apartment. Very convenient and safe!

Guest access“Amor by the sea! Is ideally located on the 5th floor a few steps away from the elevator. Guests can access all areas of the apartment except the owner’s closets that are locked. Weekly quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am.The pool area is open 24 hours; however quiet hours must be observed. Glass bottles are not allowed inside the pool for safety reasons. Beach towels, plastic glasses and beach chairs are available at the apartment for you to use during your stay. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
